The SPCA of Wake County is a No-Kill organization. Thanks to support from donations, the SPCA of Wake County was able to help over 16,200 animals in 2011. We’re saving more animals than ever before and providing an unprecedented amount of help to families struggling to keep their four-legged companions. Being No-Kill has allowed the SPCA to save more animal lives than ever before. This is why the SPCA needs our help more than ever before.
